A Message from the Office Manager Welcome to our
office. Family Dental Care is keenly aware of the high cost of dentistry. We
therefore participate in numerous dental plans. Among these are Metropolitan PPO,
Guardian PPO, J. J. Newman PPO, Prudential PPO, Healthplex PPO, as well as CSEA/EBF,
Signature Dental, Carpenters Welfare Funds, and Northeast Dental to name a few.
Assignments are accepted as full or partial payment. I will gladly review your
insurance and advise you of your coverage. The office also accepts major credit
cards. |
